Check out these new kicks to hit the Adidas Originals Store.
What Alex Thinks:
I like elements of all three, Adidas did a really good job with this release. But of the three shown the second one is the best. The brown snake skin was my favorite of the bunch, I would definitely be interested in picking up a pair.

Also released today are the Military inspired Air Jordan 1’s. The Jordan brand pays its respects to Mr. Jordan’s brother and all the other men and women serving in the armed forces. One can chose between two different colorways and are available for $100 bucks on Nike.com.
What Alex Thinks:
I don’t really like the Air Jordan 1, but I respect the inspiration. The reason for this shoe is important, they set out to make a shoe in honor of our troops and the colors they chose are perfect. Taking this all in to account I’m going to grant these shoes an honorary 5 out of 5.

The latest Air Jordan Collezione pack is out today. It features the previously never retro’d Carmine VI and the XVII. The price is $199.99 and is available online at Eastbay and Nike.
What Alex Thinks:
There are obviously a lot of Air Jordan fans out there, and I am not one of them. There are a few models that I like and the Carmine VI of this release isn’t bad at all. The XVII on the other hand, is fugly. I can’t see myself strapping either of these to my feet and as you know I’m not a fan of high tops, so I’m going to give this release a 1 out of 5.

Bape has released a Denim sneaker pack this summer. It is available at a Japanese website called Cliff Edge for 22,800 Yen. I hope you can read Japanese.
What Alex Thinks:
I could only see myself wearing one of these three releases. I really want to like all of them because I am a Bape fanboy, but I’m just not too crazy about this release from Bape. The fact these are Bapes can only get them so far, so I’m going to have to give them a 2 out of 5.
